Bondi Beach Airbnb Photography - see inside this beautiful apartment right across from this iconic Sydney beach!

Hi Glen here from Agent Social! I recently photographed this light and airy Airbnb at Bondi Beach - the building is positioned right across from the beach on Campbell Parade - talk about the perfect holiday spot!

For the photography - the whole shoot took around one hour and I went with a lights off style - which Airbnb as a company recommends and wants their photographers to do (unlike real estate for sale photography which usually has the ceiling lights on inside the property).

This apartment was one bedroom and really was the perfect property for tourists and those looking for a well positioned place to stay that isn’t too noisy - as this apartment was not at the front of the building.

I took a range of wide shots, vertical shots and of course lots of detail shots.

The client said this property was going to be listed with a Airbnb rental company called Made Comfy, and they have specific photography requirements which I had to stick to, for example they prefer the bedding to be all white with no colourful sheets, throws or accent pillows. So I made sure to get those type of photos, but then also got a few shots with the accent pillows for my website to use here as examples, as personally I think the shots with those look more inviting.

I also got some entry shots of the building that can be used on the Airbnb ad to help visitors easily access the property.

I also included a facade shot, but there was a truck out the front! So I used my photography thinking here to walk across the road, to use the plants in the middle of the road to help block out the truck.

I also went across the road to get some location shots of Bondi Beach to show just how well this Sydney holiday rental is located.
