Grand Randwick Home Photoshoot
We recently had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful Randwick home “TAYAR” in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
We photographed the property in early morning sun to help the property glow and have lots of light flooding inside.
This grand home, “TAYAR” at 1 The Avenue, Randwick presented a rare chance to photograph a spectacular home that genuinely stands apart in the Eastern Suburbs.
The aim of this shoot wasn’t to over-style or dramatise, but to let the scale, light and craftsmanship speak for themselves.
We approached the home with a clean, architectural focus—prioritising straight lines, natural tones and accurate colour to reflect how the property feels. The orientation allowed for beautifully sunlight in the morning shoot, which was key in showcasing both the grand proportions and the warmth of the interior and exterior.
Rather than isolating features, each space was captured to show connection and flow, helping future residents understand how the home spans across multiple levels. Subtle framing from the upper floors also introduces glimpses toward the city.
This is the essence of considered Sydney real estate photography — clear, refined and grounded.
Our services also included drone photography to show the home from a higher angle and pin markers on a wide shot to show nearby landmarks.
We also updated the floorplan for a more engaging design and Wentworth Partners Bondi Beach branding on it for this large Randwick home photography.
We also virtually furnished this home to show potential residents how the spaces inside could be styled.
