Lavender Bay House Photography & Virtual Furniture
I recently photographed 42 Waiwera Street, Lavender Bay - a wonderful home in Sydney that’s recently been renovated throughout.
We shot the facade at the owners request in a dusk style and also provided an alternate facade shot in a different colour style that’s more zoomed in.
The suburb is positioned around a 5 minute walk behind Luna Park in Sydney, near McMahons Point.
The home was beautifully presented and featured a very nice green wall colour that suited the traditional style of the property perfectly.
We added virtual furniture to most rooms - helping viewers quickly see how well the home looks!
The property is a rental and is managed by Rebecca Knox from Knox & Kallay Property.
