Potts Point Real Estate Photography with virtual furniture, floorplan and drone photos

I recently had the pleasure of working with Laing and Simmons Potts Point to photograph a new listing at 12/132-138 Brougham Street, Potts Point.

We virtually furnished 3 rooms including a bedroom, lounge room and sunroom! This was essential for this property considering the sunroom space is accessed from the bedroom - so for viewers online to quickly see how the property was laid out and how they could live in it - the virtual furniture easily showed that.

We also made a floorplan and shoot drone photos looking across Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Woolloomooloo, over to Mosman, the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Crows Nest and beyond.

The drone photo quickly showed viewers how close the property was to beautiful Sydney Harbour and the Sydney CBD.
