Bondi Beach Rental Leased Fast with New Photography and Virtual Furniture
We recently photographed this apartment in Bondi Beach and virtually furnished it, helping secure a tenant fast for Wentworth Partners Bondi Beach.
We shot the photos during the day helping shoot the property when it was filled with beautiful natural light.
We virtually furnished many rooms in the house, and even put a washing machine in the kitchen area - helping the room look more more aesthetic - instead of having a empty space to the left of the kitchen bench (it’s the small details that count!)
Before we were engaged:
Prior to us shooting and staging the apartment the property was online with images that showed the property empty, by adding virtual furniture we not only showed all rooms in their best light, but even added a dining room image, shot inside the kitchen space - helping show potential tenants and buyers the kitchen space is actually very functional - this was a much needed photo on the online advertisment because until we were engaged the only shot of the kitchen was facing the cabinets - previously not showing how this roomy space next to the cabinets could be utilised.
Outcome:
By shooting the property with high quality photography and virtually furnishing it, we helped secure a tenant for this Bondi Beach rental fast.
