Yes, we will make a draft ad first and then show you a screenshot of it via email. Once approved we will send it live.

We recommend 2 weeks. In general, social media ads require at least 3 days to work out who is responding best to your ad, to then show it to more people like that. We recommend at least 7 days, ideally 14 days.

We will make the ad with the photos and ad copy your listing has online, if it is not yet online, it’s best to include 3 short dot points about the property when ordering. The ad does not include social media graphics like “Just Listed” but if you are after this just let us know when booking as we probably have already made just listed and sold graphics for the same brand you work for which we may be able to use on your ads too.

Ads are not refundable.

Once you approve the ad no adjustments can be made, apart from removing the ad which may be requested if a property sells or is taken off the market.

If you are a new client we will email you instructions on how to add Agent Social to your Facebook and Instagram profiles, so we can make the just listed property ad display from your profile.
